Is TalePix really free?+
Yes. Basic mode is free and has no limit on the number of images — you just wait in a short queue that gets longer if you generate a lot. Signed-in users also get 10 free credits every day to skip the queue.
Do I need an account?+
No. You can generate images right away without signing up. Sign in with Google to get daily free credits and keep your history.
What are credits?+
Credits pay for fast, high-resolution generations. One Seedream 5.0 Flash image costs 6 credits at any size up to 2K. Credits come with plans and credit packs.
Can I use the images commercially?+
Images made with paid credits are watermark-free and can be used commercially. Free images carry a small watermark and are for personal use.
Can I upload my own photos?+
Yes. Add up to 10 reference images and describe what to change, combine or keep. Reference images don't cost extra.
Which AI model does TalePix use?+
TalePix uses two models today. TalePix Basic (free mode and Fast mode) runs on FLUX.2 [klein] 4B by Black Forest Labs, accessed through the Cloudflare Workers AI API. Seedream 5.0 Flash is ByteDance's model, accessed through the APIYI API platform. TalePix is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the model providers.

Can I cancel my subscription?+
