By using talepix.app ("TalePix") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

TalePix is an independent product that generates images from text prompts using third-party AI models (such as ByteDance Seedream). Specifically: TalePix Basic runs on FLUX.2 [klein] 4B by Black Forest Labs, accessed through the Cloudflare Workers AI API; Seedream 5.0 Flash (premium images and the image tools) is a ByteDance model, and video uses MiniMax H3 by MiniMax and Seedance 2.0 / 2.5 by ByteDance; all are accessed through the APIYI API platform. TalePix is not affiliated with or endorsed by the model providers. All prompts are screened by automated moderation before generation. Results can be unpredictable, and we do not guarantee that any output will meet your expectations.

Accounts

You may use TalePix without an account within the free limits. Signing in gives you additional free images. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

Your use of TalePix is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular:

• No NSFW, explicit, pornographic or sexually suggestive content of any kind.
• No sexual content involving minors, and no non-consensual intimate imagery.
• No deceptive, fraudulent or impersonating content, and nothing intended to harass, exploit or harm others.
• No face-swaps or deepfakes of real people, and no forged documents or seals.
• All images are generated by AI. Do not present them as real photographs of real events or people.
• No content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or that infringes others' rights.
• No impersonation of real people intended to deceive.
• No attempts to bypass limits, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.

We may block prompts, remove content, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Ownership and license

As between you and TalePix, you own the images you generate. Images created with paid credits may be used for personal and commercial purposes. Free-tier images are for personal, non-commercial use and may be shown in our public gallery. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and uses do not infringe third-party rights.

Credits, subscriptions and payments

• Credits are used to generate images; the cost per image depends on the model.
• Subscription credits refresh each billing period and do not roll over.
• Credit packs are valid for 6 months from purchase. Daily gift credits expire at the end of each day.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy: unused purchases can be refunded within 7 days. Credits for failed generations are returned automatically.

Availability

We may change, limit or discontinue features, models or prices. Basic mode is unlimited in the number of generations, subject to fair use: it uses a shared queue whose wait time may increase with usage, and it may be paused during high demand. Automated or scripted use is not allowed.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalePix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
