Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
TalePix is a creative tool for making illustrations, concept art, product visuals and other safe-for-work images. This policy applies to every prompt, every generated image, and every account, free or paid.
Not allowed
- NSFW, nude, pornographic, explicit or sexually suggestive content of any kind.
- Any sexualized depiction of minors, or content that sexualizes young-looking characters.
- Deceptive, fraudulent or impersonating content, such as images meant to mislead people about a real person or event.
- Face-swaps, deepfakes, "undressing" edits, or placing real people into intimate or false scenarios.
- Forged documents, IDs, certificates or official seals.
- Images designed to deceive, impersonate, defame or harass a real person or organization.
- Graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism.
- Hateful content that attacks people based on protected characteristics.
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other rights, including counterfeit brand assets.
- Illegal content, or images used for fraud, scams or misinformation.
- Automated, scripted or bulk use designed to get around free limits.
How we enforce it
- Every prompt is screened by automated moderation before any image is generated. Blocked prompts are not processed.
- Images shown in the public gallery are subject to review and may be removed at any time.
- Accounts that repeatedly try to generate prohibited content may be suspended without refund.
About the technology
TalePix is an independent product built on third-party AI models (such as ByteDance Seedream). It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the model providers, and outputs may be imperfect.
