Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information TalePix AI ("TalePix", "we") collects when you use talepix.app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password.
• Prompts and images. The text prompts you submit and the images generated for you.
• Usage and technical data. A one-way hash of your IP address (used to apply daily free limits and prevent abuse), basic request logs, and your plan and credit balance.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

How we use information

• To generate images and show you your history.
• To apply free limits, credits and subscriptions.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
• To show images from the free tier in our public community gallery.

Public gallery

Images created on the free tier, together with their prompts, may appear in the public gallery. Images created with paid credits are private and are not shown in the gallery.

Service providers

We use third parties to run TalePix: hosting and storage (Vercel), database (Neon), image generation model providers, Google for sign-in, and a payment provider. Your prompts are sent to the image model provider only to generate your images.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account and images while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing support@talepix.app.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies.

Children

TalePix is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page.
